Copy of Agreement or Certificate of Registration Number from Registrar of Co-operative Society or Charity Commissioner or other competent authority or any document issued by the Central/State Government which shows identity and address of the appling candidate.

 

For individuals who are not Indian Citizens

 

  • A proof of identity which might be anybody of the following:
  • Copy of PIO card given by the Indian Government
  • Copy of OCI Card given by the Indian Government
  • Copy of alternative national or citizenship positive identification or TIN authenticated by applicable ‘Apostille’, Indian Embassy, embassy or diplomatic building wherever the someone is predicated.

Address proof will be anyone of the following:

 

  • Passport copy
  • Copy of PIO card given by the Indian Government
  • Copy of OCI Card issued by the Indian Government
