There are two types of PAN applications:
Application for getting PAN:

Application for new PAN Card or Changes or Corrections in PAN Data: -
Those person who have already obtained the PAN wish to get the new PAN Card or want to form some changes/corrections in their PAN information, are needed to submit their applications in the following kind prescribed by ITD:
'REQUEST FOR NEW PAN CARD OR/AND CHANGES OR CORRECTION IN PAN DATA’:-

For a company registered in India
A copy of the Certificate of article issued by the Registrar of Companies.
For companies and Limited Liability Partnerships formed or registered in India
A copy of the Certificate Registered by the Registrar of Firms or Limited Liability Partnerships.
A copy of the Partnership Deed.
For Trust formed or registered in India
A Copy of the deed of Trust or a copy of the Certificate of Registration Number issued by a Charity Commissioner.
For an Association of Persons
Copy of Agreement or Certificate of Registration Number from Registrar of Co-operative Society or Charity Commissioner or other competent authority or any document issued by the Central/State Government which shows identity and address of the appling candidate.
For individuals who are not Indian Citizens
Address proof will be anyone of the following:
