When your organization has 20 or more employees you need to mandatorily obtain Provident Fund Registration.

Document needed to get Provident Fund Registration Number:

• 1 PAN Card
• 2 KYCs of all Partners/ Proprietor/ Directors
• 3 Registration certificate of Incorporation/partnership deed
• 4 Trade Licence
• 5 Bank Statement and cancelled cheque of the business entity
• 6 Digital Signature Certificate
• 7 Address proof.
• 8 Photos of Partners/Proprietors/Directors
• 9 Mobile Number and Email Id
• 10 Employee details including Salary/Wages Registers
