Documents required for manpower supply tender:
1. Application - Technical Bid.
2. Copy (attested) of the registration of agency.
3. Copy of the valid manpower license from the Regional Manpower Commissioner.
4. Copy (attested) of PAN/GIR Card.
5. Copy (attested) of the latest IT return filed by the agency.
6. Copy (attested) of the GST certificate.
7. Copy (attested) of the PF registration letter/certificate.
8. Copy (attested) of the ESI registration letter/certificate.
9. Documents in support of entries in column 12 and 13 of Technical Bid application.

Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005, PSARA license, is issued to the private security agencies concerned within the activity of providing services of the security guard to organizations, malls, companies etc. no one or company will do their business while not having the PSARA license under PSARA.

Eligibility:
These are few guidelines for the PSARA
i) No person or company should be convicted of an offence involving fraud or including undischarged insolvent.
ii) No person or company should be convicted by any competent court for any offence where the punishment of imprisonment is over 2 year.
iii) No person or company should keep links with any organization which is banned by law on account of the activities which is against the security of the nation.
iv) Disqualified by the government for involving in the activity of any misconduct.
Any person or company not falling in the above-mentioned list is eligible for obtaining the license. A person from the army, navy or air force having 3 years of experience are welcome with open-handed.
